The Project
Quinta Junge was born with the aim of building a family neighborhood, modern and safe. A unique project in the Biobío Region, which combines a natural and commercial environmnt of excellence and hosts exclusive real estate projects.
However, a plan always has a vision first. In 2003, Claudio Bravo Barros chose 4 hectare area, located in Pedro de Valdivia. It had everything he wanted, a location minutes away from the city center, an imposing natural environment, nearby services and good access and connectivity.
Given the unbeatable conditions of this place, an innovative design was proposed that allowed to use all its attributes. The idea was based on promoting family life, generating meeting and leisure areas friendly climate very characteristic of this area. Today, this dream is reality.
Quinta Junge was established as the most exclusive neighborhood in the region, thanks to the hard work of a team of skilled professionals and a real estate development project designed, planned and strategically realized.
